It is with great sadness that we honor the legacy of David Arnold, IPSC pioneer and a "Founding Father" of the US Practical Shooting Association, who passed away this weekend. His accomplishments in terms of shaping the fundamental principles and institutions are still guiding our development today, but the principles which he seeded here were also sown in every other niche and endeavor fortunate enough to attract his involvement.
